Weird sensation in penis...

Hey, first time poster, and here's a bit of background before I go into detail. I'm 33, have had the same partner for a few years, and she's extremely monogamous. I get bloods drawn for my thyroid levels once every other month, and I have them do other screenings while they are doing draws for adrenals, STDs, infections, and tumor markers as I had testicular cancer about 7 years ago which left me with a fake lad in the left side. Tumor was stage 1A seminoma, and nothing ever reared its head after surgery, so I doubt this is connected. I workout quite a bit, mixture of lower and upper body with quite a heavy weightlifting regiment. Enough to have pinched a nerve on my back within the last 6 months. I also have a weird node or lump that has drastically reduced in size over the years, and nothing has even been said about it in my urologist visits, nor has it ever really given me any issues before this. It's free floating in the remainder of my foreskin after being circumcised from birth, so I assume it's scar tissue or a cyst or something like that. I have kinda marked it in green in the image below, but it's more off to the side than on the top, and again, confined to the skin that stops short of the glans. I kinda feel like it's a epicenter for this sensation I'm feeling, but we'll get to that. No noticeable bending from what I can tell and this nodule has been there since 2002-ish?
Ok, so basically about 3 weeks or so ago, I noticed an odd sensation from my penis during masturbation. At first I thought maybe I had stressed out something, or the skin had chaffed, etc, but it has persisted for a few days now, and the sensation is like a tingly...stinging or pinching sensation from almost internally in the shaft. Certainly not topical. It's a bit more of a nagging dull sensation I suppose, or like someone pinching the side of your penis but not hard. If I apply pressure, the pain decreases or goes away, but if something touches the surface, or moves the penis it can be felt. Again, it's not like an "OUCH!" pain... just a nagging sensation, and it's only on the right side and occasionally is present on top of the right side of the glans if I lay down or something. Now just to be as detailed as possible, I have felt odd pings and pains from this side of my pelvic area for years, but mostly located behind the testicles, or below the waistline and what I figured was likely sciatica or pelvic nerve entrapment... or something similar as they come and go. There's no swelling, no change to the bump, no redness, no bruise, no nothing on the surface, and trust me... I've looked at it for a few days to see if there was any change, and not one thing is different from before.
I made a little sketch to kinda detail where the sensation is. Google provided me with a bunch of similar cases, but it seems like the pain described by those guys was a bit more severe, or had been going on for years, etc. So far, if the pain severity has changed at all, I think it's decreased, but it's a bit hard to be sure about that... I know it's a lot less nagging and more like a periodic pinch sensation if I bear down while on the toilet, or while laughing, or when reclining, or if I touch the surface of the right side of the glans, or even the general area marked in red. Now I can touch it, get aroused, ejaculate, etc without feeling much of anything, but my penis has been in a perpetual state of shock and shyness since this started happening, I assume from thinking about it too much.
Sorry about the long post, but I wanted to be as detailed and thorough in hopes for some reassurance. Someone mentioned to me before about pelvic floor nerve entrapment could cause this issue, or some sort of prostatitis (infection) which I just kicked a odd case of thrush a few weeks ago after hiking in sweaty briefs for too long. Doubt that's it though, as that came after this and has dissipated since. I suppose I did what most would do and get on google and start checking out symptoms, which led me here, and also to a penis stretching website that suggested it might be a thrombosed vein or a pinched nerve within the penis, or a small blood clot in one of the blood vessels due to aggressive intercourse or masturbation, which might be the case too.
TL: DR Odd pinching sensation from inside shaft under head. Not painful, just dull and nagging. Sometimes I can notice it when relaxing, other times I do not. Sensation spikes when something brushes against the area marked in red above, or slightly touches it, but is alleviated once full pressure is applied. No STDs, and no painful urination, bumps, bruises, lumps (aside from in the foreskin which can be moved away within the skin and has been around for 15+ years)
I'm thinking maybe a pinched nerve radiating into the penis, or a pinched nerve in the penis or blood clot, but you gents probably know a lot more about penis injuries, and pains that I do, but why is it seemingly coming from this node in my foreskin and why now?
I spoke to my doctor over the phone who suggested I see my urologist, but he said that if the sensation or pain has decreased in severity or changed at all, it's not cancer, and it's likely not serious, but to keep an eye on it.
Side note: I added a pelvic diagram with red circles to show where I experience pelvic sensations that feel similar to the pinch in my penis, but they aren't constant either. I occasionally feel it behind my testicles as mentioned before, but I couldn't easily circle that.

I have had the exact same symptoms in the exact same place (But on the other side) for years. The only difference, I think, in my case, is that I had a build up of smegma under my skin for thirteen years. But this is the first time I have read ANYONE who has correctly described that indescribable feeling. It's not pain, not quite tickling, not quite itching, but close to those two. It's indescribably awful.
I'm sorry I can't be of any help, but I sincerely hope SOMEONE can be. Any advise would likely help us both. But it does my heart good just to hear someone who understands what I've been going through all this time.

Wanna post an update. Sensation has subsided a little bit. It's not nearly as dull or achy, and while there's still a bit of a pinch, it's not nearly as frequent and only when I stress or strain typically. I think on occasion when I'm resting. I also noticed a purple spot on the corona of the glans (penis head) appears to be in the general area where the pinch is coming from. I thought I noticed it before, but that there was a matching one on the other side but I'm not seeing it matching currently. I omitted it based on discoloration in a generally common sense, but maybe this is a bruise or the blot clot let go and the spot and lesser intensity of the sensation are a result?

Do you still experience this?
I think I have a similar if not exact sensation as you describe for about 3-4 weeks now. It feels very close to a pinching sensation, but not quite as severe to be painful, but close. It usually triggers when something touches or applies pressure to my penis, but I don't see or feel anything unusual anywhere in my groin, and I haven't been to a doctor for this yet.
I have started doing light weight lifting and cardio as well as some stretches around the time this sensation appeared, so definitely a pinched nerve or some nerve-related injury isn't out of the question. This might sound silly, but I also sometimes tense my pelvic floor muscles a lot when sitting at the computer just out of habit especially when playing games and often tend to sit on one foot when at the computer, but no idea if these things are related. I did have some soreness around the innermost part of my thighs after several consecutive days of tensing my pelvic floor muscles, and this soreness came about a day or two before the main pinching feeling in my penis appeared.
I've been worried that maybe it might be something like urethral cancer, but because there aren't any other alarming symptoms I think it might just be something minor.
I have had nerve-related pain in other parts of my body like my neck and fingers that lingered for weeks or few months (those also appeared after doing certain stretching exercises) but eventually went away. This pinching feeling feels similar in that there's some sensation close to pain, but not quite, and with no other swelling, redness, or serious symptoms alongside it.

Hey for about the last week I have felt a weird tingling sensitive feeling around my penis/groin area. Sometimes it feels like a cold feeling that goes to my thighs but mostly its just a non stop sensitive tingling feeling in my groin area. I was wondering if this is similar to what you have.

The pinching feeling I have in my penis sometimes feels like it's just really sensitive, but the feeling doesn't really extend to the groin or thighs.

As of this comment, I've been dealing with this for about 2 months now.
I still feel the pinch, but it has slowly gotten better over time. In my experience when I get these nerve-related irritation/pain it seems to take couple months (2-3) for the sensation to heal.
I looked into it myself and thought that it seemed to closely match with a condition called Pudendal Neuralgia.
I met with my PCP after dealing with the pinching for about a month and after describing my symptoms and the lack of any other UTI-related or any other alarming symptoms he also agreed that Pudendal Neuralgia seemed likely. He advised standing up and walking around more as I sit often.
I used to feel the pinching when sitting and laying down. Now, I only feel the pinching when I'm laying down in certain positions with less severity. I no longer feel any pinching when sitting so I guess it's getting better.

I see thanks a lot. I searched the entire web for weeks and i was so relieved to find that thread and a thead that was 3 weeks old.
my sensation is more bothering / tingling / sensitive rather than sore or anything else. very much what you described. i feel it most in the morning and at night , sometime during the day depending on the position. Also i feel it less when my bladder is not empty or when my penis is bigger in shape (not erect). i had it for almost two months as well. the sensation appeared after i got some dermatitis and rashes on the penis but am not sure whether it is related. i work out quite often so could be a nerve indeed.
Am still seeing a few docs and trying acupuncture in next few weeks. will keep you posted.

oh one last thing i forgot to ask. do you feel the sensitivity when you pull the foreskin back (if you are not circumcised). this is when i feel it the most in addition to pressing or make contact with it (towels after shower for example).

I am circumcised.
In response to your question, I previously said that the pinching tends to happen when laying down, but lately I have also noticed it when standing, and when it does happen while standing/walking it feels like it only occurs as a result of something applying direct pressure or friction, i.e. front of my pants pressing against my penis. So I haven't felt it with towels per se, but something applying direct pressure definitely feels is a trigger for the pinch.
It's pretty aggravating. I don't have any other symptoms that point towards things like Prostatitis or Pelvic Floor Dysfunction I don't think. I literally just have the stupid pinching feeling without any issues with urinating, bowel movements, etc. It's just an annoying pinch, but a pinch in such a sensitive area is enough to make me worry and ruin my day. I still feel like it's slowly improving, but it seems so glacially slow that I sometimes can't tell if it's getting better or staying the same.

After doing a lot of reading I found out about something called Chronic Pelvic Pain (CPP). I never visited a physical therapist to officially get diagnosed, but I think that was what I had. After reading more about it I've tried different types of stretching which provided anywhere between none to some temporary relief. After doing more thinking and reading I tried taking magnesium supplements (I probably don't get enough from my diet) and the pinching went away almost immediately. I continue to take the supplements to this day and it hasn't come back.
However, sometimes when I get stomachaches or anytime I excessively get tense in my pelvic floor from stress/etc. I do get some soreness or pain in my pelvic area, somewhat resembling the pinching, but in a different area. I really do think it has to do with muscle spasms in my pelvic muscles and maybe combined with an inadequate diet can cause pain to the surrounding areas, but because I never got looked at by a PT I can't say for 100% certain. But, I am fairly confident that my problem was CPP and I don't think my taking the supplements and the symptoms resolving was a coincidence.

I'm 58, generally healthy, never had problem w/penis.
On Jul 2 2021, found a tick on glans; it was not embedded, and easy to remove. No blood, no redness, itching, bumps, etc. So I would say the tick is a non-issue...
However, since then now I have this pinching feeling on the inside at the base. It seems quite the coincidence. It's just really annoying more than anything. All else is normal, healthy.
It's been 4 days now. When mowing the lawn or generally moving, I don't feel it. Only when sitting/laying. I have no plans to see a doctor and hoping that this will just go away on its own. I'll reconsider my plans if it persists for the next few weeks.
I really appreciate the comments here.
Again, the pinching feeling comes and goes. No pain while urinating. I'm not concerned about sex stuff. Just don't care anymore, got better things to do.
I'll keep an eye out and give progress reports.
