Weird sensations in head, neck & back problems. Scary feeling

I fell down steps almost 2 yrs ago. i have been seeing doctors since then because my back hurt  & a bit in my neck.  Went for mri's and finally a cat scan that showed nothing unusual, arthritis, bad lower back problems. Neck is way off.  Went to a cardio doc, a neurologist too & had injections that made things worse.   The pain was bad but not as bad till  i started having procedures done.. A couple months ago i started getting extremely bad headaches that sent me to the ER for the first time in my life.   They didn't find anything.  Went to a pain management doctor, . he started steroid shots in my lower back & neck.  It did nothing but give me more pain. Then he suggested radio frequency to burn the nerves in my neck first then lower back.  The pain from the rf  is so bad that dying is the only way i feel i can get any relief. . I had it done 3 weeks ago & the pain is still off the charts all the time. He gave me pain meds, they  told me to wait for about a month for the nerves to die.  I also hear ringing so loud at times. My head feel like it fills up then ringing gets loud then it goes back to a light ring,   I have a really weird feeling in my head. The rf was at the base of my head, the pain is unbelievable. When i touch my shoulder & neck it feels so so sore. I have pain going up my neck into my head. I have floaters in my right eye, the nerves in my lips tingle, my whole jaw feels weird, hard to swallow too. My fingers don't work right, my thumb, ring finger & pinky are hard to use. My arms & legs jerk.  I can't get comfortable ibn any position . . I am at the end of my rope. Above my eyes & down around my nose feels like sinus problems.  Hard to lift my eye brows up, forehead too. I have gone so down hill i don't know what to do. My heart is racing so much that i wrote letters to my family because i feel like a heart attack or stroke can happen at any time. My eye on the side he did the rf is always tired, red, has floaters. I can feel the nerves down my arm & into my hand.. I looked up some of my symptoms  & says a brain tumor but i would think they would have found that when i had tests done in the hospital.  I never go to the hospital I hate pills. My stomach is a mess from them & they don't do anything. Anyone ever have their nerves blocked or radio frequency done? I can't believe  how much pain i am in.  I feel like i have to die before anyone believes how bad i'm feeling. And blurry vision. I feel like I only told you the tip of the ice burg with all the problems i have now. . I had natural childbirth 2 times & the pain is a million times worse.   Any suggestions would be helpful because i don't know what to do anymore & it seems the doctors don't either. I am in my 60's & have always been active, very active. Went out, Now i don't want to see anyone & don't even bother to change if i don't have too. The pain is horrendous
