i recently looked at my vagina for the first time in a while and found that i have these flesh-like skin tag type things growing around my urethra and next to my vagina. One is really long and sticks out, and when i use a dildo, it gets caught and gets really sensitive and hurts. Ive never had sex so its not an std. what is this? !

Its a skin tag. They are totally benign but they can hurt with the motion of sex,as you have found out. Can be removed if they become a real nuisance.
