After a period in a day, even if I shower, my penis stinks similar to a smell of a fish. When I ejaculate smell gets stronger after some time, also if I leave it unwashed after masturbation (I always wash it later I'm not unhygienic person)
Other things are fine except sometimes after masturbation my left side of a penis/near left testicle hurts mildly.
