Weird smelly stool..kinda?

Idk why but my stool smells like rotten onions almost. Onion is the closest I can I think of. It doesn't really smell metallic. I do see streak of bright red blood on every piece on one side only and freaked out only to realize that my period is still here and it's only been day 4 (3-4 days are the main days, the rest is spotting for me). I was eating a salad with onions and beef. I'm a constipated currently. I hate the alternating bouts of diarrhea and constipation because I can't tell if it's going to be constipation today or diarrhea and sometimes both in one day! So yea, I don't think I have blood in my stool (period blood on the outside, yes). Just the onion? smell. Is this just my "IBS" symptoms again or anxiety or even worse, cancer. Oml. I'm 16 and I keep getting cancer worries even though everyone tells me it's probably IBS and I'm absolutely fine. I think my constipation made me gain a pound or 2. Ugh, I'm just stressing out over anything and everything. Mostly health anxiety but also a whole bunch of not health related stuff. My therapy session is still one week again so basically one more week of constant anxiety. I swear, I'm gonna get gray hair soon, probably by the time I'm in my twenties.

I've never seen blood in my stool, phew. The blood I was talking about was my period blood (you're a guy, you probably don't know), it's from the other..area, not the anus. My stool is slightly green/brown today. I wouldn't say it's dark or anything. My stool is usually just light or medium or in between. The green and brown kinda makes it look a bit darker than usual but barely close to dark brown or black.

If you are bleeding you need to discuss that with your gp
Sometimes we need to have the Colon checked, your GP will if needed arrange a test. At that time they can repair the Colon etc.
Personally I do not feel you have a Cancer, however you need to put your mind at rest and move om

I'm no Dr, but I really do notttt think this is any signs of cancer. Foods you eat can def affect the color and smell of your stool. For ex: One time on halloween at a party they had a black cat cat, so it was covered in black frosting. 2 days later when I went to the bathroom my stool was legit black and I was freaking out thinking omg what is wrong w/ me. Then I remembered I ate that cake 2 days prior haha and it was the black food dye. I've also noticed if I eat a lot of leafy greens like spinach or broccoli, my stool is more greenish colored. So stop worrying! If it continued, like its been 2 months and you still constantly have odd smelling/colored stool THEN i would go to the doctor.
