Weird spot in throat, thoughts?

I've had this weird spot in the back of my throat for around 3 weeks to my knowledge. The first 2 weeks I would feel like something was stuck in my throat (esp in the evening after a full day of eating) which would be gone the next morning. The 2nd week I noticed a red dot on the spot which went away again. Now I don't experience the sensation of something being stuck in my throat, but every now and then I do feel a weird sensation in my throat. Throughout these 3 weeks I've been able to swallow normally, no fever, sometimes ringing in the ears (but not frequently) and occasionally headaches. It is mainly the weird sensations I've been experiencing. Are there any opinions on this?image
