Hi everyone,
so for the last 2-3 months I’ve been experiencing a lot of pain in this spot. it stared out as red spot now it looks like this "the photo". I’ve also noticed right under the glans two hard "veins?". ive visited a dermatologist a month and a half ago and he said its dry skin and gave me creams, but they didn't help in the slightest. ive obviously tried to look for something similar on the internet ive found nothing.
does anyone have any idea what this could be? Please help.

thanks for replying,
do you mean what changed since the photo? if so, i took this photo today so thats the current state.
and if you mean since the beginning, it started as red spot then turned to this.

hi, no worries,
i am asking what is it in the photo that you are showing as the problem? there appears to be some paleness...possible white patches...is that what has changed? was your penis less pale before? every penis can be quite different.

true it does look on the pale side...but it does not look like anything that would typically be of concern from what i have seen researching over the last year and a half, maybe someone else has a different opinion..?
it does not resemble to me any skin condition other than pale patches which may be simply your skin...? possibly change in horemones as you are young? that is just a guess. .but the fact you say it has been painful seems unusual, i dont see the connection between red spots and pale patches...maybe you can eloborate on that, i would suspect that they may be unrelated, as the patches do not look inflamed or irritated at all....
most important thing to do is not worry as stress can only make any condition worse. give relaxation and positive energy to that area.
i would always suggest to anyone with skin issues down there to wash with only very gentle dermatalogical products and or water, no shower gels, shampoo or harsh soaps. to wear only cotton underwear and make sure urine is not dribbling on to skin after urination by dabbing any excess with a clean toilet tissue if dripping/dribbling is present.
and make sure you are well hydrated, exercise to increase blood flow to that area and have a healthy diet, all these things help in the long run , to avoid health issues as well as help heal the body and mind.
i would keep an eye on it but do not obsess, or develop anxiety over it, be practical, if there is real concern then see another specialist.
sorry i cant give any other advice.
best wishes
