Weird stabbing pains around belly button

Hey all,

so I started off on 5mg of citalopram two weeks ago and moved up to 10mg almost a week now.... I've had very small episodes of anxiety attacks but I have constant sharp stabbing pains around the belly button area... some times it's mild an then it can be sharp stabbing pain... it seems fo be manly when I'm walking... is this a side effect from citalopram? has anyone ever experienced this before? any help would be great
