Weird stomach pain as day goes on, stuck in other country cause of covid and cannot visit doc

Good day,

for about a month, I alternately suffer from a heavy stomach feeling around the navel. In addition, I passing gas a lot - odorless. After about two weeks of difficulties, I started a moderate diet - a light breakfast, dinner at five o'clock and a light lunch + probiotics. The condition improved after 10 days.

The condition always gets worse in the evening, before that during the day I have a upset feeling alternately + flatulence. The feeling disappears in the morning after the stool. The stool is regular, always at about the same time, without blood and mucus, but sometimes it is instead of one piece, several smaller ones as if torn. Previously, I worked from home because of quarantine, ate poorly and practically did not move. When it comes to dairy foods, alcohol does not worsen or improve the condition. Can it be something serious?

You may have a mild intolerance to something or you may be getting a bit of IBS. Try kefir yoghurt drink every day, it can really help.

IBS is a functional bowel disorder, a syndrome rather than a disease. I meant mild IBS. I would not be able to tell or not if you had it , you would have to talk to a specialist about your symptoms and rule out potential food intolerances or other bowel disorders. I would still recommend trying kefir yoghurt drink every day, it helped me with bloating and IBS symptoms. If you find you have IBS a very good antispasmodic tablet to take is alverine.
