Weird stuff going on. Help. Anyone had the same

so I'm a 28th year old, for now no dg of anxiety but assuming i have one cus of the symptoms.

first of all I think my anxiety is coming from thinking something is wrong with me physically as googleing why these things are happening to me.

2months ago it started as racing mind before sleep, couldn't fall asleep but I was like HEY its fine we all get some weird nights. Then I started usin google for dg - why I cannot sleep, and of course Familiar Fatal Insomnia came up. I was freaked out and then the anxiety just rushed threw the roof. no biggy I was calming myself I don't have that and the sleep was getting better after some days. so basically on day one or two of not sleeping I was fine with it but then this hypohondria side of me kicked in.

after that for 2m i was fine, sleeping, rested, of course some nights better some nights okay but I was fine.

then about a week ago I started to experience vision disturbance - i went to ophtalmologyst and based on the symptoms and examination I was dg with silent migraine (aura migraine without a headacke)

before my dg was made I was frustrading and googleing it what can be wrong so my insomnia kicked in again.

i started to realize more "problems" or abnormalities that i have been experiencing before sleep or while sleeping.

okay here it goes what is bothering me the most:

  • before falling asleep, when closing my eyes tired, I experience weird sensation in my head like brain overwhelming sensation going threw my head accompaning with intrusive weird non related dream like toughts. its like u are aware of transieting from one state to another of awake-sleep. Till now i knew this state means i will fall asleep but now im just scared sometning is wrong with my brain feeling like this.
  • second i have weird dreams i think... two times i was looking down/eyes opened and could see my body having a seizure. i woke up and knew it couldnt be epilepsy but u know... what the f*.

is it a dream or wtf.

anyone with some kind of similar situation?
