Can anyone help my with what this is?

Its on the back of my tongue too going towards the throat and also sides of tongueimage

    age? sexual history? does it bleed when brushing? Is it painful?

      27, one partner long term, has bleed slightly and not painful.

      Now have red dots on roof of mouth.
