Weird swollen opening around vagina and urethra please help

hi, ive suddenly noticed some weird lumps around the opening to my vagina and urethra. i had sex a couple days ago with a new partner, but his penis was very large and the sex was very uncomfortable. since then my vagina has been swollen and itchy and im noticing these strange large lumps around the opening. the one at the bottom is round and the other two are longer that go from the opening of the vagina to around the urethra. pretty uncomfortable and my mind goes crazy thinking i have cancer or and std or something. does anyone know if this looks normal? planning to get this checked out by my doctor if the symptoms dont go away within a few days. never had anything like this, ive had BV once before and an abnormal pap smear a year ago. doctors told me to wait a year to get that re done so im due for that. any replies are appreciated. thank you

hi, your vagina entrance is very swollen. Most likely due to him being very big. He may have stretched your vagina a bit in the process while having sex and your vagina is just recovering. most of the time it can feel very uncomfortable but as you get wet and body starts to relax a bit you expand more as it is a muscle. If you did not wear protection and you feel as if you may have a yeast infection coming that can also contribute to the swollen entrance. Since it only happened a couple of days ago see how today goes and get checked anyways for peace of mind and general health.

I think you are just very swollen from intercourse and it should go down, but well done for getting it checked. I'm sure its not cancer.
