weird symptoms.

okay, so i’ve been having. the weirdest & most uncomfortable symptoms lately & i need some insight on what people might think it sounds like, because so far, my doctors haven’t figured anything out. my symptoms are:
brain fog.
fatigue.
neck pressure.
tremors inside of head.
my head will jerk by itself.
i see a bunch of different spots in my vision. (stars too)
lightheadedness.
sensitive to light.
neck pain at times.
vibrating sensation inside neck & head.
involuntary rapid eye movement.
feeling of moving when sitting still.
heavy head.
tingling in head & neck.
neck stiffness.
they thought i had vertigo, so i went into PT. but my physical therapist laid me back on the bed, & she said my pupils would dilate & constrict really fast.
i’ve been to a chiropractor & he says my C1 disc is out. we’ve been working on getting it back to normal. could that cause all of these symptoms? i don’t see a neurologist for another week & a half.
i used to think it was my high functioning anxiety, but these symptoms aren’t that.

Hi l have the same symptoms as you they told me it's anxiety what's causing the problem

they’ve always told me that too, but i’m finally doing something about it. i don’t think anxiety can make you see spots in your vision all the time. my symptoms make it hard to live life. the doctors always look at me like i’m stupid. i’m over all these weird head sensations i get. 😔 i have two babies to take care of, i can’t live with this anymore. i’ve had an mri & it was clear. i’m wondering if i have an inner ear or sinus infection. or maybe something else. not sure. 😞

Hi chelsie
I have similar symptoms- feeling of fainting 24/7, head pressure, popping ears, tinnitus, ear pain & pressure. Also extreme fatigue and brain fog.
The doctors don’t know what it is and that it’s anxiety...
I am seeing ENT soon because I feel like it’ has something to do with my inner ear.
Do you have any ear symptoms?

They told me I've must had a trauma in my life because anxiety stress are up in my body. Do me a favour stand on the spot with your feet together with your eyes open count to 30 then do the same with your eyes closed now do the same standing on a cushion tell me what happens? What are you like walking in the dark?

sometimes yes! lately i’ve had alot of pressure in my head & ears. sometimes my ears will ring too. i also itch at them alot. i saw an ent a few months ago & he said vertigo but he hardly even checked me out. that was when i wasn’t as dizzy, but now i’m even more dizzy. it’s gotten worse ever since i fell off my front steps & hit my head pretty hard😒

Keep me updated on how you feel or if you get better? I’m also desperate to figure if it might be something else.

I have had most of your ssymptoms, all tests clear. Floaters in eyes started in my twenties when I had multiple symptoms occur all at once. My body just broke down due to long term stress and anxiety. We can only take so much before our body sends out signals through symptoms telling us to get help.
Have you had an MRI done to check things out.....
If so, and it was ok, then your symptoms are most likely due to anxiety.
I still get occasional symptoms when I’m stressed, including floaters which are harmless .
Keep in mind that anxiety takes a huge toll on the brain and body so having symptoms of dizziness, fatigue, brain fog, tingling, vibrations, etc are common. It tends to affect the nervous system because it originates in the brain.
Try calming down your mind by listening to meditations for anxiety on you tube. They totally calm down my mind and body and symptoms.
Relax and don’t take life too seriously. Once your brain calms down, then your symptoms will do the same. 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸??

yes i’ve had an mri & it was clear. i thought this was my high functioning anxiety, cause it does cause very weird symptoms. like i always get a quick vibrating sense in my brain, & my head will jerk by itself.
i’m worried because the dizziness is so bad, i sleep like crap. it happens even more when i lay on my right side. that’s the side the chiropractor said my c1 disc is out so i wonder if that’s what’s causing alot of this.
