Weird symptoms

for over a year now i've been having these weird symptoms that apparently have 1000 different possible causes.
1) My ears ring as if a firecracker exploded next to my face. Happens randomly, usually when im sitting down. Lasts only about 10sec.
2) My palms get warm... it's like i have a fever, but in my hands. They feel numb, bloated, hot and appear slightly reddish. No pain, just an annoyance as i can hardly do anything with heavy numb fingers. It's like trying to thread a needle while wearing 10 pairs of gloves.
This also happens randomly and lasts for about 1-2 hours.
3) Brain aneurysms. Brief, sharp, random. Feels like a needle is poking into my head. Lasts for about a minute.
Note: these 3 symptoms do NOT happen simultaneously. As i said, they each happen randomly throughout the year. I haven't been able to detect Any pattern or reason as to why they happen.
other minor symptoms:
-difficulty going to the bathroom (1 and 2) no pain just feels like it needs more effort than it should.
-stiff joints / cracking joints
-muscle spasms on my right thumb. Sometimes it's like it has a mind of it's own.
-Severe acne. It's mostly on my upper body. Shoulders and up. My face is like the moon. i'm 21 and i've tried EVERYTHING. From "grandma recipes", creams and masks to experimental drugs (that the doctor ordered me to stop taking for "reasons" he couldn't say)
I would go to the doctor... but in my country, the janitor is about as qualified as most of the doctors. Even the professionals (while they still charge the same as anywhere else) are often useless. They often cut corners and try to cram in as many patients as possible rather than take the time to analyze, in detail, someone's symptoms.

to clarify.. im looking for advice.
Should i RUN to a doctor ASAP and prepare for a hard year or should i just bare through it hoping it's temporary.
If i should go to a doctor, i would need some specific info. Like i said they cut corners... so it would be helpful if i do half the job for them. That way we can come to the correct conclusion quicker and without wasting money on useless garbage that might make things worse. (as it's usually the case here)

They are not brain aneurysms, they sound more like Firecracker headaches....often experienced when under stress. The palm problem could be Carpal tunnel syndrome but as you only get the feeling randomly,it sounds unlikely.
Are you at college or working? Is the severe acne the real cause of your problem? Have you tried Roaccutane for the acne? available only via a doctor.

Im both in university and working.
I mentioned the acne as a different problem, could be stress related or not. Like i said I've tried everything. Creams, pills, experimental products even tested for allergies.
So you're telling me stress is what's causing all of these? If so, then this is never gonna stop.

Ad like i said, all of these could be unrelated or just temporary, but I've been having these issues for a year or more.
The sharp pain in my head is a recent issue.
The ear ringing has been going on for around 5 years
The palms thing for a year.
Bowel and joints for around 7.
I remember when i was still in middle school i went to a masseuse for the joints and he said i might have some chronic illness that's related to stress which is usually common among middle-aged people.
Again this is all if-maybe.

Have you thought about tackling this from the depression and anxiety point of view? There are plenty of medications that you could be given to try and help you relax, and help you focus on other things rather than your body. Dont know where you are in the world but do you have any counsellors you could talk to?
The stiff joints may be what we used to call "growing pains"....now known to be real aches and pains as bone and ligaments grow at different rates. Dont deliberately "crack" your joints,it can cause arthritis. Joints can Crack spontaneously and this is just tiny air bubbles moving within the joint and is not harmful.
