does this happen to anyone. when i lay or sit down with anything against my back especially when i sleep, after a short time my mid to upper back would burn hot and it would also radiate to the neck and whole chest area. i also get numbinb in my feet. its so uncomfortable to sleep. ill sometimes feel spasm in my back as well. not sure if it's a nerve problem
