Weird symptoms

I've been having weird symptoms lately that sort of resemble brain fog. I feel like my mind is slower than my body. It feels like my mind cant catch up to what my body does on autopilot. Its soooo scary! I have done blood work and is all normal, lower iron but nothing severe. I did a brain MRI 4.5 years ago and it was normal. I am so scared I have a tumor or something.

lola, Brain fog is very common with anxiety. anxiety affects many parts of the body including the brain. So the main thing to do is learn how to manage the anxiety so you feel better.during your day or when you’re laying down to go to sleep, listen to some soothing meditations on YouTube for anxiety. It really helps to calm down your brain. I do this every day.

Also if there are some issues in your life causing anxiety , speaking with a counselor can be very helpful. They can help you manage the anxiety so you don’t get symptoms. Sounds like you have had this for several years since you had a past MRI. What you’re going through it does not sound like a tumor because by this time you would definitely know If you had one. relax about that! Just concentrate on reducing the anxiety in your life. Some ways you can do that is as I said, the meditations, counseling, taking time out for yourself such as going on a nice walk in nature, listening to relaxing music, enjoying family and friends, and many more. Feel better soon.
