Weird symptoms

hi everyone i have been in perimenopause 4 years now with horrendous symptoms I'm on HRT 3 years in . I can't take much more my health anxiety is through the roof. Had lots of bloods test everything's always normal. But the last few months I've been experiencing burning sensation on my thighs just in small random areas. Now I'm getting cold sensations in my fingers & the sole of my left foot. It's freaking me out I feel so ill all the time like I'm dying . Has anyone else experienced these weird hot & cold sensation. pleased help xx

    I have just recently had a weird hot spot on my inner thigh . So crazy it feels like its been burned but it isnt red or anything. I am so annoyed by it. I have had some crazy symptoms over the last 4 years myself mostly stomach and anxiety is the worst for me. I was 12 months without a period this july and got covid and started my period again ! I had been feeling so much less anxious while not having a period . Now anxiety is back. Sorry what you are going through too. Its been quite the journey for me too.

      Thank you so much for your reply and sorry to hear your anxiety is back .Anxiety is my worst symptom too which turns into panic attacks. The burning sensation is just under the skin and like you said there are no redness or anything it's really strange. My periods are getting further apart and only lasting 2 days but the 2 weeks PMT building up to it is getting a lot worse. I can't wait for it all to end.

      This was happening to the bottoms of my hands last year while I was still right in the heart of menopause. Hot palms and then a red spot going across my arm, looked like I was whipped by a belt or something. It was hot and tender to the touch. I am in postmeno now and this, for me, is the worst of it!

      Try not to be afraid, all of this is so scary I know xx

      thank you!! Its so helpful to know so many woman suffer with same symptoms! and yeah the hot spot is a totally new symptom for me. Glad to know someone else has this. I cannot wait for this to end either! I am 53 and so over having a period lol

      so sorry!! that is so scary sounding! My health anxiety would have kicked in big time!! It is a new symptom for me . All these symptoms over the last 4 years have been insane!!!

      Agree! Lately I've only been hittin' 2-3 hrs of sleep and when I wake up I'm in a panic with this "hot liquidy" feeling going up the back of my head.

      Anxiety at its finest.
