Weird symptoms can't tell what I have

I get gas buildup but not poop coming out for three days only mucus with some blood.

This is the third time I am getting this. I have no bowel movements for three days only mucus with blood. I did stool test and found nothing not even blood. I did blood test and didn't find anything but was at day I had bowel movement.

Initially doctor thought it might be UC or food poisoning. Now he says that there is a very slim chance to be UC and I have booked orthoscopy. He says that it is unlikely to be cancer and it could be hemorrhoids related.

But it seems strange to me. I have to pain, only some bloating.

Can this be cancer?
