Weird symptoms please read and comment. Tingling twitching headache

Hello everyone

I have been having weird symptoms lately and I wanted some opinions please of what it can Be. Beginning of January I got the flu. Once I was over the flu I had tingling and muscle spasms all over my body. Then my lip started twitching and stopped after a couple of days then my eye started twitching which still comes and goes. The tingling is gone for the most part but a couple of weeks ago my left thumb started twitching for a couple of days then stopped then my right thumb for day, then stopped. Generally speaking, everything seems to be improving but every time something goes something else comes. Now I have this feeling like my head is vibrating inside when I lay down in bed.. And I'll be walking and suddenly I feel like my hamstring is about to cramp but then it doesn't and completely goes away. Same with every other muscle. I don't have any fatigue, dizziness, or weakness but just these strange things coming and going. A few minutes ago I felt my pinky twitching and as I looked at it try and "catch it" it didn't do it so I don't really know if it did or not. I was trying to Google bfs, post viral, etc but nothing falls into these exact symptoms. Any ideas? I haven't seen a Dr yet because othrt than that I am completely fine, I did yard word for a day, ran around with the kids, lifted things, etc. No weakness and a few weeks ago I actually went to the ER for my headache and they did a cat scan and said everything looks good. I had a physical and all the blood tests came back perfect so I am worried if I go to a Dr I will get fifty tests and then they'll tell me everything looks good and I don't want to start drs offices every day for the next few months.

Soooo.. people. Do these symptoms some familiar to anyone? Any ideas? Generally speaking I am planning to wait a month or two more and if they don't subside completely I will go see a Dr but I am hoping someone hear might have some ideas.

      I had that I mean  I took it they don’t give it to u only reasonn why they give it to u has to be good reason mine was cause I couldn’t have the flue shot ever again . I was so sick and didn’t work on me at all

      Hi Caroline. How is your GBS now? Do you still get muscle twitches or weird sensations. Mine are hardly any now with the muscle twitches but I still get weird sensations tingling etc in my legs. I keep hoping the longer time goes by my symptoms will go away it has been 19 months since initial onset. Hope you are well!

    Without weakness twitching doesn't hurt you. I can tell you I was very ill 19 months ago and I developed twitching muscles all over and at a much worse phenomenon than you but it scared me terribly. I saw specialist spent 10000 dollars to be told they didn't know but could theorize I had a autoimmune response to the virus that made me ill. This autoimmune response attacked my body. I had much worse symptoms like gastroparesis tachycardia orthistatic hypotensionnumbness in my face that lasted a constantly over a year and lost 20 pounds in a month. Thought I was going to die. I had twitching and weakness all over couldn't walk etc. I finally went to a older neurologist who told me I actually had a variant of Guillan Barre. Miller Fisher because my face went numb first and had a droopy eyelid. He said that I presented differently and the physicians would not have thought it unless they really spent time to figure it out which they didnt. Every time I went to the ER they just said virus sebt me home or migraine. I wasn't even having a migraine. Anyway I do believe he was correct you dont have to fit the while clinical picture to had a illness they can't think past Google and yes I had doctors who googled right in front of me. My neurologist says that people can have mild versions of this illbess and to undetected but it can cause a array of symptoms. I can also tell you to look up neurosymptoms.org see if you fit in any of that but I can tell you there is nothing and no medication except anxiety medication or seizure meds that will help. I take Elavil 25mg and it has helped me and some people take gabapentin. So I would see a neurologist if you want and see what they say and hopefully as you get better and time goes by your body will heal itself do everything to strengthen your immune system and exercise get outdoors when you can because nothing else helps. For your peace of mind make a appt with a neurologist. Best wishes.

    Hello David I’m wondering did u have the flue shot before you caught the flue? Think no matter what I have kids and a wife you need to tell your dr asp just incase saying this out of concern . Not gonna be bad thing to do this cause ur kids need u so you don’t want later some thing else goes wrong . Ask them to send u to nerology , blood work , cat scan  hugs plz😊 hugs were all here for you let us no plz🙏🏻😊🤗
