Okay Mike, there are two main things here i.) you say " seen alot of doctors but my situation is the same " - is this because they do not know how to treat the situation you have, or some have given you medications (s) and you feel that medication dis not resolve it for you, or perhaps have some Doctors said there is nothing to be concerned about?

ii.) medications are only effective if the directions are followed on how you should use them. Often what happens is people feel there is no benefit from something after 2 or 3 days and stop using them

What are the details for you?

Also, have you seen a urologist?

Ok so first i went to a general doctor , he made some STD tests (VRDL , HSV1, HSV2 , HIV)all came negative - this was after one and a half month from when i first saw the redness around opening . He prescribed Doxcycline , and Ciproflex-Zt with anitfungal cream ( 3 in one) for 1 week . I took it exactly as he indicated .

After 2 weeks , nothing changed and went back to him and he told me he doesn't see anything abnormal and asked for full blood count and urine test and urine culture , all came very clean ! He told me the problem is in the skin .

Then went to dermatologist , also i took HSV1 & HSV2 blood test all came negative and he took part of my penis skin and he did a test and came back negative , prescribed Celesatamine and nothing changed.

Then went to Urologist , and he checked and he said my penis is healthy and said put Acyclovir cream on your penis for 2 weeks 2 times a day ( which i followed precisly ) nothing changed only my tip of penis became wrinkled .

And here i am after ALMOST 5 months with the same condition nothing changed , i have still the same condition and there is hyperpegmentation of skin if you noticed around the opening (where the redness started )

Now i suspect that it has to do with the tissue i used to clean that day , it was dark and needed a tissue badly , so i searched my car and found one under the seat ( looked clean to me ) but i think it was not . When i talk with the doctors they all focus on the Sexual point even all my tests are negative ( 4 months after contact )...

Some told me it may be a hookworm , still don't have any clue .

NOTE: during all this time , no itching , no discharge , no smell , nothing changed just the skin .

Simply stop: stop applying everything, wash with water only - prevent soap, shower gel and other forms of body wash from getting onto your penis. Dry with a towel that only you use - after 9 months to 2 years of doing these things you may get some improvement .......
