Weird throat pain I have?

Started two days ago out of nowhere. Hurts under the jaw and down the throat. Feels weird when i press on that side and I feel some muscles move. When I apply pressure on that side while swallowing, the pain isn't noticeable. Right side is perfectly fine. Hurts more as I bend over and blood rushes to my head. Hurts to swallow unless I do so with my head raised. Feel a very light ear pain. Slowly starting to get headaches from it but not crucial ones. Ibuprofen doesn't help and I took TUMS thinking it was some acid reflux thing but that didn't help either.

    Avoid ibuprofen, if you have reflux it will make everything a lot worse
