Weird Tingling sensation in my Vagina

Posted , 96 users are following.

This started 2-3 days ago, I've been feeling weird tingling sensation in my vagina after I pee. I doesn't burn nor do I have pain it just after I feel I have a weird sensation. I been having an urge to pee and pressure on my bladder.  It feels like an orgasm but then again I don't know. I seriously need help!! I've been looking it up and the most recent study I've been seeing is UTI or yeast infection

So it's reared back up again for me. Nearly 9 months after my son was born. I'm going to the Dr today to ask for a prescription for the anti depressants that seemed to have helped in the past. wondering if anyone has any updates or has been prescribed antidepressants for this problem. I'm loosing hope that i will ever be rid of whatever the hell this is.

      Hello everyone

I had this weird feeling that even doctors could not suggest me anything. But I am really better now, just because I drink more and more water.

It means that, if when I go to the toilet, I have a lot of pee, I am good. But if i would be in a situation that I should wait to pee while sitting in toilet, after that I get that weird feeling.

      Just drink moreeeeee water please!!

I hope hope hope, it works for you.

I have the same feeling. It's not a urinary track infection nor is it a bladder infection. It's a over stimulation of the clitoris. Caffeine and chocolate make the feeling worse. Drink lemon water, it will help. Hold urine for as long as you can. This also helps. Will go away on it's own within a week or so. I get this once in a blue moon.

Ahh this tingling feeling! I had what I thought was a UTI and this feeling started 3 hours after. I've since been back to the Dr and they have prescribed Nitrofurantoin which I have taken one of. I was also swabbed for BV today as no UTI was present.

Has anyone had luck with this antibiotic helping? something else I need to try? It only happens when I lay down so it's severly affecting my sleep.

Please tell me I'm not alone

It would not be a yeast infection. While yeast infections can cause discomfort they usually do not cause tingling sensations when peeing.

This has been the only thread I found that sounds similar to what I am experiencing. It has been horrible. I can't concentrate on anything when it gets really bad. I just want it to go away. I, like other on here, am scared that it's PGAD but i'm hopeful its something else that I can find relief from.

It seems like many fail to come back and update, which is a shame when so many are so lost and suffering. I did test positive for Strep B recently and I'm hoping this is what is causing these feelings. Currently on a round of antibiotics and trying to be hopeful. Does anyone have any updates to provide some hope that this feeling will subside?

Hope many people here got answers and relief! 😃

Anyone have any luck figuring out what this is? I have been having all these same issues for quite some time now and I'm a bit scared.

    Hey,

Exact problem, my partner and I got tested for STI/STD and both came back negative.

Been multiple times diagnosed with yeast infection, yet the tingling sensation in the clit persists especially after sex. I have had it before but the sensation was short lived and did not come back as easily as now.

One doc did think it could be UTI but tests came back negative, he was unable to dignose me.

Any solutions that other woman found helpful?

Please share your found solutions if any.

has anyone gone to a neurologist for this? could it possibly be a nerve from spinal issues or from organs pressing on a nerve near there? or i wonder if a urologist would check for that? ive been having this sensation for a few weeks- - a new lovely symptom on top of pelvic pain, chronic muscle pain, and a host of other fun things!
