Weird tongue? (Pic included)

i been having swallowing issue for maybe a year now its just really difficult to swallow. anyways, i recently took a picture of my tongue and tried to compare it to the online pictures of tongues and couldnt find anything similar to mines, it nearly looks like i have pink fungus looking scales (pls zoom into bottom right of the picture) all around my tongue and some all the way at the back. by the way i brush my teeth every morning and night, and i scrub my tongue every night and the part all the way to the back of my tongue has a white cast over it. after putting mouthwash the tip of my tongue almost burns. im thinking its oral thrush just cus i do have mouth dryness and excessive swallowing. pls i just want answers should i be concerned?
