Weird wart like growth on soft pallet getting bigger!!

hey so im going to run through my symptoms and treatment so far and hope somebody may have some info.....

about 4 months ago my throat felt weird, almost as if there was a lump in it.

gp sent me for endoscopy and found hiatus hernia so immediately put it down to acid reflux and put me on ppis. they havent helped and i still have this strange sensation on the left of my throat.

it feels like theres something wrong with my left tonsil plus i have this warty growth on my soft palet thats causing discomfort i can constantly feel it. my taste buds are very often swollen aswell and cause irritation i constantly feel them.

ill add sum pics ive managed to take but at this moment nobody has actually looked at my throat and im waiting for an ent app.imageimage
