Weird White Bumps Underneath Skin of Penis (images)

I've had these my whole life, but am just now noticing that there seems to be a very small hole or tear in the skin on the right side looking at the picture. I don't know if this tear is from frequent masturbation, but it seems as if when the tear is inspected, I can see the white tip of these things underneath my skin, appearing to not be covered by any other layers of skin.

As I said before, I have had this my whole life. and just want to make sure it's not something I should be worried about. I am 18 and sexually active.

    What has me puzzled is the white appearance of it making me thinking it might just be more than just circumcision scar tissue. It seems benign in that it is not causing any pain or irritation and your daily masturbation is not affecting it lol. Though only a doctor can really examine and give you an answer.

      whatever, I'll have a doctor look at it at some point. I've had it my whole life. I'm not super worried.
