weird white vaginal spots ! helppp me!!!

so i was having sex with my boyfriend, and his penis like slipped out and he tried to slide it back in but it jammed like right where that white spot popped up. idk if its trauma from that, or if thats irrelevent and is herpes or genital sores. it feels sharp, and goes skin color and white. i try to take a picture of it everyday to see if its going away, and it just hasnt. it almost looks like discharge? or a yeast infection? i feel it everyday, it hurts during sex.
