Weird whitish bumps at the entrance of vagina along with dark birthmark type spots

A few days ago while showering, i noticed these weird whitish bumps and spots at the entrance of my vagina(between the vulva and vagina). This is the first time i've inspected my vagina with a mirror so i dont know if these were there before or not. There's also a mild tear. The last time i had sex was around a month ago and we used a condom. There's no discharge, pain or itchiness either.

Other than this there are two black spots down there too. Once again, I dont know if they were there before or not but I noticed them only in the flash of the camera.

I'm 22 and have anxiety so this is sort of freaking me out. Is it normal to have spots there or can it be a precancerous thing?
