WEIRDASSS THING IN VAGINA PLEASE HELP!!

Im 19 and this year a tiny white thing appear in my vagina. It burns and hurts so bad that i feel i need ice on it.

Sometimes I cant pee well or i randomly have the urge to pee because it burns. Also, aside from this, i have never had sex because it has always hurt, with or without this thing.Anyways it has texture and im really scared, i think it used to be little but i dont have the respurces to access a gynecologist. I am actually treated because i have benign tumors (finroadenoma), is this related to vaginal issues?? HELP PLEASE IM REALLY SCARED

    Lola, you may have a urine infection and its nothing to do with your vagina. Drink lots of water but you really need to see a doctor who can test your urine for infection first, and then give you medication. If you are in US can you get to ER?
