Hello friends, I have been using soap for masturbation, and the penis’s skin has been damaged and it has started to become irritated and red in color.I started using coconut oil and the irritation almost stopped, but there was still less discomfort and pain than before. Will this affect my married life?

Never use soap for masturbation, buy a water based lubricant. Limit masturbation and let it heal on its own.

While photos do not always give a true sense of what it is you see on your penis I would say it is likely that you do not have a major issue - so, no problems for your married life.
What you must do is STOP ALL contact directly on your penis with soap and ALL forms of body wash such as shower gel and hair shampoo.
Simply use a light coating of the coconut oil for masturbation.
Clean your penis with water only - when you shower wash the rest of your body first and fully rinse. Rinse your penis with the warm - NEVER HOT - running shower water and rub your penis with the inside of your penis and fingertips to clean it with. Then make sure to remove all moisture from your penis when you dry yourself.

So I have to dry the area after showering, put on coconut oil, and reduce masturbation. Will the place return to its natural color? Because I used coconut oil for some time, it reduced the irritation, but the color is still red and less feeling

So it is like this: if you were showering and doing nothing else you need to ensure ALL moisture is carefully removed. When you are going to use coconut oil you can leave a small amount of the moisture in place as long as you do apply the oil and evenly spread it on the area you are applying it to.
So, when did you last use soap for masturbating?
What most people do not realise is that penile skin on the top part of the penis - so, the head area, and, foreskin, for those who are not circumcised - is quite unlike skin elsewhere on the body. There is at least a two part process to it becoming fully healthy again.
First the conditions for it to repair itself must exist, or put the other way, there must be nothing that is causing further irritation or for it to remain unhealthy. Depending on the damage and the extent of this will determine how long the process of repair will take. When repair has sufficiently occurred then the process of normalisation back to natural health can begin. In very basic terms this process would take 3 to 5 months if there was minimal damage, with, simply, the greater damage the longer number of months it will take for the skin to return to what it used to be.
Colour and feeling are likely to be two entirely separate issues and not necessarily linked to the soap and your masturbation using it.
In essential terms, time is the healer and having the right conditions in-place for this to occur throughout the entire process.
