Went to the doctors finally

Just wanna let you all know who are suffering with head aches/pressure that I finally went to the doctor. Told him how mines been lasting close to 6 weeks and he did a routine check up and says he's pretty I have chronic tension headaches. He prescribed me muscle relaxers, 6 visits to neck massages at a physical therapist and told me some neck exercises to do. I went in on Tuesday and since yesterday morning things have gotten better. The pressure is still but it's slight and there are times it's not that there at all. I'm also talking a supplement for tension headaches called coQ10. I'm so happy I'm finally getting my life back. I asked my doctor about 4-5 times if he was sure it couldn't be anything serious like a tumor he said I have zero of the red flag symptoms so no. Not sure if him confirming no tumor has helped me to feel better with my headaches bc now I'm relaxing and not stressing/ worrying all day. Just wanted you all to know so maybe you can feel better soon

    I also get really bad head pressure that sometimes is in my forhead and nose too.... It's really scary.... The dr gave me muscle relaxer but I'm scared to take them

      Don't be scared just take it an hour or two before bed. I was still groggy in the morning but it went away after an hour or so

    Omg, fantastic news! I've been suffering from headaches for past 5-6 weeks and I'm so pleased to hear that there is help out there :-)! I'm seeing my GP on Monday so hopefully I will start feeling better too. It's horrible feeling like that every day, making my anxiety worse. Can't wait not to have a headache. You've given me hope, thank you!
