I know how you feel. Do you get other physical symptoms with your anxiety? I have been lightheaded for 4 weeks now, neck pain, numbness and tingling, my veins bulge, slurred speech etc. Had the ambulance out and Ecgs etc and all fine. It’s so so horrible to cope with.

Try to relax for sure. I downloaded a meditation app and force myself to do 3 minutes of breathing. The more you feed your anxiety the more it takes over you. You are stronger. I know it is hard but try not to give into your fears and go to the ER. The more you fight back and see nothing happens the more you will see you are safe. In time you will be stronger.

Same here . Try to relax now breathing exercises, deep breathing from the stomach then hold for a few seconds then breathe out through the nose usually helps me.

    Take care

You poor thing. I would go more often if my husband wouldn't divorce me. Haha!  He's very kind but knows there's nothing wrong and it's anxiety.

I'm very tired to of my life being stolen away by this monster anxiety. Please go away!
