    Hi Cherl

Yes, it does happen.  Fibro is a painful condition and it's not so easy controlling the pain.

Gentle Hugs and hope you have a better night tonight. biggrin x

      Hi Cherl

I'm just waiting to get A good night sleep.  Haven't had one in over 20 years due to the pains.  But I am patient and learning the breathing techniques, so hopefully soon I can report on a good night sleep. biggrin

      Hi Cherl

I agree when it comes to getting things done. Best to do it oneself. Husbands do tend to cut very large corners when it comes to them doing things that is not their norm.

Try and break up the jobs in the day with taking a break even if it is for 10 mins between the jobs.

My hands used to swell up really badly in my early stages of my pains and my hands used to freeze while peeling vegetables. I used to find holding a pen very painful too.  We just have to train ourselves to live a mans life once in a while a tackle one thing at a time ! wink

Soo glad the pain is back under control Cherl...there's nothing worse..for sure...just arrived home, we went out for lunch...I guess I've had this for soo many years...I can cope well enough at times..lunch out was lovely. Then when we arrived home there was a dosen long stemmed red roses at the door....feeling a bit  blessed here...... daughter and son-in-law bought them, because we looked after grandson for 2 nights, (2 1/2 yr old and very good) while they flew to the mainland  and on business...it was already a blessing having him..then viola double blessing...have a lovely day...and hope the breathing technique is giving you some quality sleep..it was just reveloutionary for me...be blessed Cherl...:-) xx
