Hi,I have been seeing Mental Teams off and on for the last 20 years. Never once on this strange world of Upsidedown, insideout, up and downe Therapy and Drugs am kinda steady but mood can seem to change for no reason, and I know It sounds strange, but I feel  emotion, (The good and the bad) like fear, anxiety and calm/ happiness come over like a wave or a bucket of cold water, depending on its desicission. I am currently taking Venlafaxine,Pregabalin, Quitiapine, Mirtazipine along with various Heart meds. Anyone got a Title to what I have wrong? Or taking the same Meds and report and effects they got themselves

Anyone got a title to what I have wrong

if after seeing mental health professionals on and off, for over twenty years, I very much doubt you'll find the answer on a public forum where people can post what they like.

Emotions are part of who we are, and no two people react and have the same feelings. What makes someone sad could make another person happy as we all react in different ways.

"anyone got a title to what I have wrong?"

personally, the only thing I would say, based on the little information you've shared, is that you probably have slight anxiety issues. No one could make a correct diagnosis on what you've written, bearing in mind, the professionals haven't come up with an answer in 20 years!

Maybe you're worrying unnecessarily about there being something wrong, which is making you anxious

Yes,you are correct. Maybe This is the wrong place for answers, but a discussion on the other hand, It most certainly is not. And I take on board your view of me having  Hypochondrac like symptoms. I should have focused more on the medication, and how they are getting on with it and what they are taking it for. Again, not looking for anything like a consultancy team or sympathy. Didnt mean to rattle your cage, and thanks for the prognosis though.
