What am I seeing?

I have tissue protruding from my vagina slightly. Sex is slightly uncomfortable. I have given birth to two large babies, and i know i have some pelvic floor/pelvic girdle issues.

Is this prolapse? Are those polyps? Am i seeing my cervix directly behind the protruding stuff?

Due to COVID, i can't get into my doctors for a couple of weeks.
