What are some non-SSRI, non-benzo durgs for mild anxiety?

Posted in the "anxiety" section but didn't get much luck there. Hoping you guys can help out.
Zoloft is way too numbing. Feel like an asexual zombie. It just takes away the passion out of your life.
Doctors are quick to prescribe and don't tell you much about what they are prescribing. Thanks to the interent, i'm learning a lot. Life was much better before Zoloft. I don't even know why an SSRI was prescribed since the anxiety and depression was very mild. I am sure there are other less "hard-core" drugs he could have put me on before pulling out the big guns.
I will try to have him get me off Zoloft and put me on something less numbing. I asked him last time. He said "it was normal". Really?! Well to me, this is NOT normal and life was better before this so called normal. I feel i have to do my own research and just go to him when i need the consultation to be signed off.
So know i am looking for a drug that reduces anxiety without taking away a) libido b) motivation c) focus d) drive. Is there such a thing? I need to be focused at my job and Zoloft just makes me feel foggy.
The little research that i've done pointed me to Buspar. It sounds like a promising drug. It fits the bill. But there are scores of people that say it didn't do anything for them. I know everyone is different and it might work for me. But in case it didn't, what other dugs are there?
Off label drugs are perfectly fine...like Pregabalin and Gabapentin. Scary reviews on those two. I have mild anxiety and that is what i am trying to get rid of. My anxiety is nothing crippling, i can function well with it, but it's annoying. I don't have social anxiety or panic attacks. I just tend to get irritated fast and i can't handle stress very well. That's about all i complain from. Doctor says i am suffering from anxiety, which is making me depressed. He says i have mild OCD as well.
Really appreciate any suggestions.

Omega 3 fish oil. Exercise, water, meditation. Coq10, 5-htp, Magnesium Glycinate, Magnesium Malate.
If you have been on the SSRI for a while, slow tapering. 2-5% taper every 2-4 week's. Some files in " Prozac should be illegal" on Facebook.
