What are the chances of a 20 year old getting Bowel Cancer?

I've been having frequent Diarrhoea for almost 3 weeks now.

I get diarrhoea a lot .

I'm worried that it might be something serious. My dad had polyps before and my grandmother died of bowel cancer so I'm worried.

Should I go to the drs and ask for a colonoscopy?

I'm already seeing a respiratory Dr for my shortness of breath .No solution for that one. Do you think there's a link between my Diarrhoea and shortness of breath?

Since you know you have family history, maybe you should check. I always get scare to go to the doctors even if it's not for me so I know how you feel. Ive been getting bowel cancer worries too but I don't think I have family history and I don't have alarming symptoms.

Hazwan. Not saying you need to worry but since there's history of bowel cancer in your family I would get a colonoscopy and ease your mind and early detection is the key keep us posted its not a big deal if you have never had one

Hazwan you do have symptoms of ins if it alternates but you definitely need to see a gastro doctor to get a diagnosis since you have a history of that kind of cancer in your family ibs sorry I don't know why my phone wants to change that
