What are the odds of a bilateral epididymectomy for sterilization purposes ever subsequently failing? As in, ever subsequently failing and causing any unplanned pregnancies.

i see its been 8 months since this post. What did you find out? I had a total bilateral salpingectomy a year ago (female version of what you got) and am now 13 weeks pregnant. I have been scouring medical journals looking for failure rates and have turned up nothing except that medical professionals still say it is virtually 100% effective.
