Has anyone experienced side effects as a result of aquablation therapy or no improvement after the aquablation therapy such as hematuria, urinary incontinence, nocturia, pelvic pain, retrograde ejaculation, erectile dysfunction etc?

I had RESUM 3 months ago and had lots of blood clots after the procedure. My symptoms did not improve at all. In fact, it got worse and I just had a cystoscopy exam today which showed the prostate still enlarged. I am recommended by my Dr. to have HoLEP in a few weeks.
