What are the test necessary?

Hi. I guess I have male pattern baldness in a 1 stage. Actually, it is not visible while. But I'm feeling a hair thinning in the front and crown - a hair fall is low, but fell hair is thin and short (approx. 1.5 cm). I've sighted this in the last few months. And I have had Covid-19 (if it is necessary). My doctor ordered a lot of diagnosis tests: serum iron test, ferritin, (Thyroid: TSH, T4 Free, ATPO) (Thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH); Thyroid peroxidase, antibodies (ATPO); Free Thyroxine (T4 free)), Rheumatoid Profile, 25-hydroxyvitamin D, 25-(OH)D, (Hyperandrogenic disorders tests) (Dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate (DHEA-S); Sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG); Total Testosterone (T total, serum); 17-α-oxy-progesterone (17-OHP); Free androgen index (total testosterone/SHBG)), Alanine Aminotransferase (ALT), Aspartate Aminotransferase (AST), Bilirubin total, Clinical analysis of blood (automated with WBC differential + manual leucocytes count) (Complete blood count (CBC); Erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR); Manual leucocyte count), (Antibodies to helminths) and ultrasound of the thyroid gland, ultrasound of the mammary glands, abdominal ultrasound. When I've asked why I must check all these test, she didn't explain at all, and she said to me that I don't know medicine. I assume part of these tests or even all is not necessary, is it? Please, tell me, what can I do now?
