what are the white things around my clit?

hello.

few months ago i had a hair on my clit. took it off and i thought it was stucked there. then few weeks later it was there again.

now there are white bumps? around my clit and its painful to touch it. i am not vaccinated for hpv but i still am a virgin so its less likely(of course its possible but) and i cant go to the doctor because of the pandemic.

whatever it is, can it get worse until i go to the doctor? im worried
