hey, please upload a closeup photo (with flash) of them, and also another one of your pubic region.
based on what I can see..looks like a harmless moluscum (unlike genital warts that certain types cause cancer), if it is moluscum..it's harmless..but CONTAGEOUS, so stop touching them, you can get a doctor to burn them off.
