What are these black spots in my ear?

My mom noticed something in my ear, I don't what it is, I can't clean it out, it's kind of inside the skin, it's not painful or irritating, just have no idea what it is and where it come from...

    I don't know but maybe it would be worth mentioning it to your doctor or asking a Pharmacist

    Almost certainly "blackheads" - excellent phot by the way - they can be squeezed out if you are persistent but the medical advice is "leave it alone". Harmless

    As above re talking to someone

    As said by Simon, they look like blackheads. They can be sqeezed out by using a blackhead remover or by someone using 2 matchsticks :-)

      Yes indeed - it has been so long that I had forgotten the blackhead remover [wonderful tool] or the two matchhead trick
