What are these bumps!??

i have had these bumps for a weeks in my vaginal area! they have not gotten any worse.. is it herpes or warts?!

The bumps on the right look like fordyce spots. the ones on the left look like razor burn or maybe something from friction? Heat rash of some sort. Hope this helps. ❤️
