What are these bumps ?

I been having these bumps appear around my both sides of my mouth for years.I first notice them around 2014-15 when i was 12 and these bumps don't cause no pain or burning at all but sometimes on very rare occasions they can kinda feel slightly tingly. BTW i never kissed or been sexually active with any man or female ever in my life.I'm hoping someone can give me answers please, I'm 20 and forgot to mention the bumps slowly grew over time imageimage

    That tingle makes me think of some sort of viral/cold sore type of condition. I think you should see your doctor or a dermatologist to get a definite diagnosis and some treatment. They may continue to grow and increase.

    These sort of things can crop up on anyone...its nothing to do with having a sexually transmitted infection.
