Are these bumps just fordyce spots or something else? And I have discharge surrounding my vaginal opening, what could this be/ how do I get rid of it? the spread inside is red and inflamed, sex hurts unless I use lots of lubricant. What could be causing this?

Maybe its a reaction to whatever products you are using in that area. Try using plain water and keep the area dry to see if it gets better
