never noticed them until now but i have had a problem with itching recently. yeast infection?? std?? vp?? please help im so scared

have you had any sex recently? looks like hpv to me. or it could just be vestibular papillomatosis

Have you been vaccinated against HPV? In that case, warts are unlikely ... Do these "papillae" each have their own basis? They are generally symmetrical on both sides ... But to me it looks like vp.
