What are these bumps? Need help!

Does anyone know what these bumps are or have something similar. I went to the doctor 4 weeks ago and they initially said it was a bacterial infection but during a follow up visit today my primary doctor said it wasn't a bacterial infection and does not know what they are. I wont be able to see a dermatologist for a few weeks so now I'm extremely anxious. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The first image are the bumps on my thigh 4 weeks ago. The second Image are from this week.

    Hi Ax,

    I think these might be eruptive syringomas, which are benign sweat gland tumours, but I can't be 100% sure. Best to consult a dermatologist, which you plan to do. You could also re-post to the Dermatology community forum hosted by patient.info for a second opinion.
