What are these bumps on my penis?

imageI have Fordyce spots on the shaft if my penis, which is fine I always have. Recently I've gotten these three however that are much larger than the rest. I think they are also probably Fordyce spots but I'm anxious about it and I'd like a second opinion before I go see a doctor regarding them. If its just Fordyce I'd rather not spend the money to see a doctor.

they don't hurt or itch or burn, there's no discomfort, this is the usual colouration of my penis, and you can see the smaller ones lower down the shaft. I'm also only sexually active with one person and they are only sexually active with me and don't have anything like this.
