What are these bumps on my vagina? Had them as long as I can recall? HPV warts? I want them gone

What are they? The image attached is zoomed in with flash so it looks worse than it actually is, but I have these bubble/ blistery looking tags all over my inner lips and inside of my vagina. They sometimes fill up with what i assume to be blood and turn a dark red. I can pull on them and they stretch... They look like cysts.

I just want to know what they are and how to get rid of them because they're so annoying. I've had them for as long as i can remember but they're only starting to bother me because I only just realised that it's not normal:( They sometimes become inflamed & quite sore and painful to the touch. I'm 16 years old, only had one sexual partner and it's nothing to do with him because I noticed the bumps when I was about 13 and had them way before any sexual encounters. What are they and how do I get rid of them? I don't want to go to a doctor, that's way too embarrassing. I assume they're harmless as I've had them so long and I'm still here hahahah. Thank you to anyone who can help:)
