What are these chest pains?

Hi everyone, I've been having these very strange chest pains and I'm scared it might be dangerous.

So i've had these chest pains for around a year now (maybe more, but I don't remember) they don't happen a lot, maybe once a month or so. It's a needle-like pain around my upper ribs (basically at the center of my chest.) it's a kind of pain you'd think would go away by cracking your back, but whenever I even try to stretch my chest, it hurts more! I try to avoid them by laying down and breathing slowly, and they go away in like 10 minutes or so.

Does this have to do with a disease? Is it normal? What should I do?

Also some details that may be relevant or not, who knows

I'm not very old, i'm 14.

I dont really exercise much, and when I do, i get fatigue and my vision starts going black. (i cant even do more than 10 runs in a pacer test)

My diet isnt too bad, but it's not very healthy either.

Thanks in advance everyone smile
